License

Subject to these Terms, Tabiri grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for lawful internal business purposes.

• Copy, resell, or sublicense the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Misuse the service or use it unlawfully

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, tax rules, and accounting standards

QuickBooks and Third-Party Integrations

Our service may connect to QuickBooks Online and other third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Tabiri is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit unless expressly stated.

AI-Generated Outputs

The service uses AI to generate suggestions and workflow outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving accounting entries, reports, and decisions.

Fees

If paid features are offered:

• Pricing will be disclosed before purchase
• Fees may be recurring if subscription-based
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a paid service, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. You agree that:

• Billing information must be accurate and complete
• Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
• Tabiri AI may suspend access for failed or overdue payments
• Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and policies

Tabiri AI does not store full payment card details.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only to provide and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates security or legal risk
• We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabiri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration may be conducted remotely or at a mutually agreed location, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Governing Law
